2. What this Site is

This Site is a public marketing page for Preem, a development-tracker app for parents of premature babies that is currently in pre-launch. The Site does not require registration, does not process payments, and does not provide the Preem app itself — it exists to share information about Preem and let visitors join a waitlist.

3. Waitlist form

The “Join the waitlist” form on this Site is a demonstration feature. It runs in your browser and is not currently connected to a live mailing list or backend service. Submitting the form does not create an account or guarantee early access, and no payment is required or collected on this Site.

4. Not medical advice

Preem is intended as a development-tracking and organization tool, not a medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical care. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Always consult your child's pediatrician or NICU care team about developmental or health concerns.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content to misrepresent Preem

The Preem name, logo, and all content on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves, particularly once the Preem app itself launches with its own account and subscription terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
